100% Customer service focused. We had previously had a plumber come around who had never heard of the TECE Branded product!! (Amazing). I consulted the internet re TECE agents and found Gro Agencies and called Cameron. Nothing was too much trouble and he came and fixed the issue. I cannot recommend Gro Agencies, AND our TECE product enough. Susan
